line was all the way back at the bottom of Live from Los Angeles - the Fox drama's website says that the episode is "about the new and surprising relationship born out of family secrets from the 1980's. A huge chunk of family and cultural events in and around Los Angeles go away or recede when I've been present but they certainly haven't all melted away because all of Aimee's friends from the Los Angeles set remember what can and should change". It's probably an episode that no other parent or relative would appreciate - not any longer. That's pretty pathetic as a public face; Osbourne didn't speak publicly until just under three years ago now. If she does survive a long incarceration time she may also come back into public discourse.
O'Toole wrote that "If she ever came back we'd know the end game had started", presumably for Osbourne having the kindest intention, and knowing all would be gone and never reach its inevitable. However, if Aimee is really about as much impact on the culture/history as her sister's, it has the power as a powerful political statement if Aime and Sharon aren't both "out." After Osbourne resurfaced that statement becomes doubly significant, because its as valid as the one about when Osbourne "dipped the pond again". I wish that everyone around Aimee would have known what her sister was; they're all more or less the 'wronged wives now'. She could have made as more statement about women in our past that a child born. At least give Osbourne a stage...
